Temporary Shipping Policy Update – Canada Post Labour Disruption

Due to ongoing labour action by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), we may see delivery delays or temporary service unavailability in certain regions.

We are continuing to fulfill and ship orders as usual, but please be aware:

  • Some deliveries may be delayed due to reduced postal processing capacity.
  • If we are unable to ship your order to your location due to the disruption, we will contact you directly.
  • In such cases, we will offer the option to:
  • Cancel and refund your order in full, or
  • Explore alternative shipping methods, which may involve additional shipping charges.

Tax & Shipping Information

Taxes will be applied to every product sold on the D-LinkShop website, based on the customer's shipping address. The customer shall pay any duties and taxes associated with their purchase, including, without limitation, all Canadian federal goods and services taxes and all applicable provincial taxes. 

Customers from AB, NT, NU and YK will pay GST of 5%

Customers from BC will pay GST of 5%PST of 7%

Customers from MB will pay GST of 5%PST of 7%

Customers from SK will pay GST of 5%PST of 6%

Customers from ON, NB and NF will pay HST of 13%

Customers from NS will pay HST of 15%

Customers from PE will pay HST of 14%

For shipping, a rate is calculated based on the shipping address of the customer and added to every order that is completed on the D-LinkShop website. Most orders $50.00 and over before tax will receive free shipping to most locations in Canada. Free shipping is NOT available for the following Territories and Provinces: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and some remote areas of Canada* that can only be serviced by air delivery. The free shipping offer is subject to change in the future. Software, service plans, and certain other products (like commercial products) do not qualify for the free shipping offer. Applicable taxes will be added on top of all shipping charges.

*Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we'll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If you don't respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.

D-Link will only ship to Canadian addresses. Shipping dates are estimates only and D-Link shall not be responsible for any delays in the shipping of any product. D-Link may, at its reasonable discretion, reschedule shipping dates or make partial shipments. D-Link shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to determine or change the method of shipping. We primarily use UPS and Canada Post as our courier, and expect shipments to arrive within 7 days, depending on the destination.
